Was described as a juicy quaffer by the store in CPH but I actually found this to have a firm backbone and wish I had tried it with cured meats or even something more substantial. Bobal today reminds me of Grenache gesturing toward gamay. This is truly a steal at $20 and would benefit from a couple years of sleep.
