Herbaceous, fruity and very dry, wants meat and dark greens for dinner, or an aged hard sheep cheese. So good. — 9 years ago
Very bright clear red. Cherry. Minerality/gravel. Burnt caramel at first sniff then turns ashy/smoky, then becomes herbal and vegetal like spinach and dark leafy greens. Aromas develop and change the more you smell. Medium light body. Tasted this at vin de Terre wine tasting in Nice, France. — 9 years ago
Why wait for summer to enjoy this mineraly Sicilian? Just right for a light late fall supper of bitter greens & roasted pepper/ corn soup. — 10 years ago
Steaks with Kerri & Rich. Dry side with lots of flavor. — 11 years ago
Very good and light. Got it at greens wine store — 12 years ago
An honest well balanced textbook RRV chard. Fruity but sophisticated, avoiding too much oak or anything. Went great with a scallop pasta with lemon, garlic, and greens. Even better when remembering a late '90's visit to the winery and sipping this on the back deck. — 8 years ago
Excellent value for money. Enjoyed this wine with roasted pork, collard greens, gnocchi — 9 years ago
Nose explosively exhibits greens as only New Zealand can express; limes, gooseberries, green tea, green melons, wild herbs, and green peas, to name a few. Palate is untamed, raw, and savage. Not bogged down by any oak, this wild and dry Marlborough screams of place. #kiwi — 10 years ago
Raspberries and rhubarb, greens and olives. Great acidity, easy to pair with food. Great for the price. Tried this wine for the first time with my coworkers after a busy brunch, recommended by a bartender: would easily buy again. — 10 years ago
fabulous value matched well with mess of greens and smoked pork chop — 11 years ago
Really a show stopper as a Chard. Light citrus notes, smooth pleasing finish. Not as much buttery as it is tropical but not overly so. Great with greens or rustic soups. — 12 years ago
Orange marmalade and greens. Medium body medium/long finish. — 9 years ago
this very drinkable rich bottle has been terrific with Azorean codfish baked in pasty with greens. Beautiful fruit with nice backbone ... also great with local fork bread fish. In San Miguel! — 9 years ago
Dark and inky out of the bottle. A little funk on the nose, so it might need more air, but it reminds me of the smell of all the great Napa caves we have visited! I don't drink, own, or ever see that many petit verdots but this one isn't bad. Nice cherry fruit, with a nice subtleness on the palate, and just a hint of spice on the finish. Quite lovely and a nice change from white wine Sunday's....moving it up 2pts as the additional air did wonders and it paired beautifully with lemon, pepper pork tenderloin, white rice, and collard greens with garlic! — 9 years ago

Love what Tom and Kerri are doing with their wines. — 10 years ago
Needed a solid hour to open, but a treat when it did. This is drinking beautifully now, lots of puckery bramble fruit, smooth leather, tobacco smoke, and green herbs with assertive but integrated tannins. Shared with my pops over pork and fennel seed sausages, roasted new turnips and garden greens. — 10 years ago
Very unique. Steak tartar summer greens oz heart ash rind goat cheese. Abattoir — 11 years ago

This was a nice surprise. Summery and tropical, sweeter than I expected but tonight that was perfect. Nice with salty grilled prosciutto-wrapped chicken, roasted potatoes, baby greens, and grilled pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream. — 8 years ago
