Pale yellow in color with aromas of lemon, green apple, and honey. Tart and mineral on the palate with slightly waxy texture and 12.5% alcohol. Made from the Golden Aligoté grape which finds its highest expression in Bouzeron where it is championed by Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of DRC. Imported by Kermit Lynch. Paired nicely with oysters. — 6 years ago
100% Brachetto. Dry! Floral notes. Earwax? Palate is light and dry. — 6 years ago

Another great choice by Kermit Lynch. — 8 years ago
From the "Gang of Four" (courtesy of Kermit Lynch the three others being Marcel Lapierre, Jean Foillard and Guy Breton).
I detect a bit of disturbing band aid notes (as in Brett) which leads me to believe this otherwise great wine/vintage won't last long so drink and enjoy!
Cru Beaujolais are sooo overlooked!!

Roses and violets with bright fruit. Wonderful on its own or with meaty pastas — 4 years ago
Great citrus fruit with hints of lemon and grapefruit, another super Kermit Lynch import! — 5 years ago
Juicy with a hint of spice and earthiness. Classic Bordeaux from our visit to Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant today. — 7 years ago
Kermit Lynch rarely misses, loved this. — 8 years ago
2012: Old faithful. Sometimes it's most wise to let Kermit Lynch chose your white wine. Whiff of citrus, with solid expression of fruit and acid. Love the lettering on the label. — 9 years ago
House rose. Anything from Kermit Lynch is worth drinking. More ripe and mineral than most. — 5 years ago
Based on previous ratings this benefited from some time. Really nice. Funky in that good, French way. Great fruit. Earthy. Had with a nice fall roasted squash salad. Good night. — 7 years ago
One of the wines I had in 2008 that made me fall in love with wine was a Côte du Rhone by JL Chave "Mon Coeur". It's been a long time since I had a Rhone wine, I got this from Kermit Lynch shop in Berkeley, Cali. Nice notes of pepper and spice, gamy, good tannins from Syrah. Another good find from Kermit... Try this with steak that has fat, you will love this wine! — 8 years ago
Kermit lynch! Is so beautiful tastes lighter but more different than any Gamay from Beaujolais I've had. It's hard going higher than 9.1 but maybe it should. But how do you put it in the world of real burgundies that just need age? I'm going 9.1 and saying it's sick. — 8 years ago
