Dark red/purple color. Exquisite nose featuring violets/lavender, plum, cassis, menthol and black olives. Dark cherry/plum/currant on the palate with additional notes of tobacco, dried basil and toast. Impeccable balance, nice concentration and perfectly integrated. Long finish and super soft tannins. Great example of an Oakville Cabernet. Fantastic! — 2 years ago
Not sure about it. Mouth feel is good earthy sanguine flavors that I am still processing. — 4 years ago
Beautifully aromatic showing blueberries so I though it might have a fair amount of Malbec. Texture is supple yet there is a bit of a grip. A little astringent. A nice sipping wine and pairs nicely with our rib eye too! TD-9 is named for the tractor John Shafer drive in the vineyards. May he rest In peace.

Extraordinary. Inky, deep purple color. Intoxicating bouquet. Plums, blackberries, dark cherries, chocolate, and a hint of tobacco. Full mouth feel. Elegant. Complex. A finish with a hint of sweetness. Decant for at least 60 minutes - it’s worth the wait. — 6 years ago
Always going to be the highlight of the Wynns tasting and only made in years where the fruit quality and vintage conditions were exceptional. Sue Hodder said everything fell into place in 2015 and she made one of her best ever Riddochs. From less than 1% of Wynns available Cabernet fruit. Latent power on nose and palate with black fruits and balanced oak. At least a 30 year future but so balanced you could happily drink this now but one should wait at least 10 years for its charms to start showing through. A brilliant 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. — 7 years ago
Lovely southern Rhône white blend from the Barossa at Heckfield Place, The Sun House restaurant - partnered both fish and meat dishes well. — 6 years ago
Savory, strawberry, pomegranate, forest floor, truffle. So crushable. — 6 years ago
It’s a nice wheated bourbon, and at the price can be a go-to workhorse. It’s got the same spice profile as ORVW, but lacks the soft finish. It’s good though, and just being in the Van Winkle conversation is saying something. — 8 years ago

2012 vintage. Still bringing it after 12 years. laying in the wine cellar since purchased. A very good representation of a Washington Cabernet. Still decent fruit, delicious mouth fill. good balance, still between tannins and fruit. — 8 months ago
