Blackberry Gusher up front, with an arid wavy breeze to hang on as you wind sail off into the sunset. — 6 years ago
Körsbärsgodis i massor! Lite jordigt och en kryddighet i bakgrunden. Mycket gott! — 9 years ago

Delicious, excellent value — 6 years ago
Graphite, black peppercorn, and deep dark fruit note on the nose. After opening, a definite barnyard note with fruit undertones. A very different type of syrah, unadulterated and no tricks in the making of it. Quite nice! — 6 years ago

Golf gift...would definitely drink again. Delicious, fragrant, light spice. — 9 years ago
Beautiful fruit, a little more on the Joel Gott side than the D. P. But I Dig it... — 10 years ago
A very nice Pinot — 10 years ago
Fresh cherry, strawberry, and cranberry with a hint of smoke. Light tannins, medium alcohol, and moderate plus acid. — 5 years ago
Medium purple with slight garnet undertones and a thin brim. Initially, it’s all fruit on the nose. Blackberry molasses and dried figs greet you then the oak and spice come to say hello. A bit of vibrancy on the mouthfeel with that oak fully integrating and the fruit just beginning to flourish. Smooth and silky with no time for funk, this is quite the polished Pinot. Silky on the mid palate with an ever expanding richness. Plenty of plums on the palate along with crème de cassis, smoke, and cherries. Longish finish with more spice and smoke that honestly does leave you wanting more. — 5 years ago
I wish more Zinfandel could be made like this. While this is just a baby, it’s already delivering so much pleasure. Very primary with bright red fruits and spices. Good acid. Long finish. A few years in the cellar will do these wonders and there’s no reason to doubt the Bedrock bottle will have the ability to age gracefully for well over a decade. Such an exciting project from Joel Patterson and looking forward to trying more!! — 7 years ago
Smooth with just the right amount of oaky finish. One of my new favorites — 8 years ago

A 25 year old gem pulled by Joel Peterson himself. I was one of the lucky ones to snag a mixed case of his cellar selections from 1991-2013 for BD16. Still going strong with such incredibile fruit. Gonna share them of course but sneak a Coravin taste here and there … — 10 months ago
