Park City 2020 with Jo and Bhuma. At Fireside — 4 years ago
Yet another Jo find - she doesn’t disappoint. Great with food; takes on and brings out the character of what you’re eating. Equally good with Brie cheese course as with mandarins. — 5 years ago
— 7 years ago
More fleshy and plush than I expected. Someone said beet juice, which I think is spot on. — 8 years ago

Tätä maistettiin joulupäivänä 25.12.2020 jälkiruokaviiniksi. Pullo saatiin jo muutama vuosi takaperin tuliaisiksi Madeiralta Maukalta. — 4 years ago
Excellent example of a St Jo. On opening, the nose was much more lilac and herbs. Black olives and red fruit in the mouth. After 3 hours in a decanter, big change. On the nose, bacon fat and olives. Bacon and iron in the mouth. Long finish. I would recommend *not* decanting or waiting 3-5 years. The in between made for some awkwardness. — 4 years ago
Ordered by Frenchy at Ops - light, fruity, a little bit of earth funk. Emily says “it’s the kind of wine a centaur would drink”... — 6 years ago
2014 Shower Jo — 7 years ago
A small winery in the Carneros region of Napa managed by Tony and Jo Ann Truchard successfully growing grapes for over 40 years. Complex aromas of red fruit, floral, citrus and earthy tones. On the palate strawberry and cherry with orange citrus, green tea, and sweet spice. Soft tannins on long finish ending with delicate spice and mineral notes. Nice. — 7 years ago

Asian pear, blended citrus and hints of ginger on the nose that become intensified on the palate with the addition of bruised apple and a slightly oxidative undertone. Toasty with a whisp of maritime influence. Jo does sparkling beautifully. GR8 value. — 4 years ago
Only dark purple, subtle fruit nose, slight tannins and oaks with a mild residual sugar finish. Exceptionally good! — 5 years ago
Fruity flavorful champagne. Jo Anne’s 66th birthday. — 5 years ago

🗣I’M ROOTING FOR EVERYONE BLACK INCLUDING THIS BEER! This is dark with hints of coffee and molasses. Easily my new fave! I support it. — 7 years ago
Medium ruby core with garnet edges. Aged characteristics on the nose with damp earth, a little espresso, a touch smoky, cinnamon and stewed plums. Medium tannins (6/10) and plus medium body. Dark cocoa on the attack of the palate intermingled with plums, black currants, black cherries and lots of spices. A bit of anise and the Petit Verdot coming through in the medium plus finish. Drink till 2018.

A ton of minerality on this one. Sea spray, quartz, lemon, yellow pear, white peach, creamy but with good acidity. Wound pair great with oysters but also dishes with a light cream sauce. — 3 years ago
