Domaine du Père Caboche Vin de Pays de Vaucluse Red

Blackberries and currents to spare with a mineral finish. Went very well with a steak seasoned with Adobo. And grilled zucchini from the garden — 9 months ago

Rosé Domaine du Père Caboche Vin de Pays de Vaucluse 2021

Interesting Rhône Valley Rose’ blend of Grenache (70%) and Carignan (30%). Dark pink/salmon color. Aromas and flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, watermelon and dark cherry. Slight hint of citrus. A bit of a tart (but in a pleasant way) yet fruit forward finish. Bright and crisp acidity. Rustic, expressive and hearty. Dry and refreshing. Thanks for the bottle, Kase! — a year ago

Les Vignes De L'Ange Vin Cuvée Bistrologie Chenin Blanc 2015

One of the best wines I’ve had in a while. Cidery and almost toeing the line of bruised apple. Later morphed and really became full of stone fruit. Apricots and canned peaches. This wine is alive. Just consume it over a few hours and watch it change in the glass. — 5 years ago

Clos du Roy Mercurey 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2019

Exactly what we were looking for, a bit of funk on the nose which blew off quickly to show rose and strawberry aromas followed by bright acidity and good length. Perfect with our fig salad. — 2 years ago

More of a Rose- but then it's getting darker sooner so hard to say. Creamy strawberries. Moved off the stoop and onto the deck, and added more neighbors. — 7 years ago
