Delicious, gloriously wispy and mineral. Stone fruits, roasted nut, cream - nicely focused and so delicate. There's a nice savory yeastiness, almost sake-like. Picks up steam and fleshes out with air, acid kicks in on the finish. Could age a bit. Just lovely. — 5 years ago
