With a yellow robe, the nose of this amine is rich with flavors of citrus (tangerine) and honey. On the palate, a beautiful structure with apricot flavors and a delicacy in the end.

Really great fresh yellow orchard fruits (mirabelle, golden apple skin, yellow pear) matched with these savory almond, sesame, salted cashew, walnut husk, saffron and chicken stock. Like great fino or manzanilla, but without that little muscled bump of the acidification and fortification.
