Pourrait très bien aller avec le foie gras. Sucré fruité mais pas licoreux — 9 years ago
Interesting! Lacking in the mid-palate but good- dry w salinity but oaky w fungal notes in the back palate to round it out. Good summer food wine. — 10 years ago

Sweet but not too sweet. Balance and minerals. Nice wine — 11 years ago
Robe dorée - nez sur l'ananas et le miel - une pointe de rancio en bouche, en plus d'une acidité soutenue et d'une longueur notable. Top! — 11 years ago
Mineral. Acid. Little sweet. Love it! — 12 years ago
I agree with @Andrew Cooper it has intense almost chewable flavor and very refreshing and balanced acidity. There's a sensation of #minerality that when #blindtasting could almost lead you to think it's a Riesling from Alsace. 14 alcohol. #jurançon — 9 years ago
Honey and apricot. Probably the best dessert wine I've had. — 9 years ago
Golden color, fragrant nose of honey, apricot, brown sugar. Crisp, honey notes, great acid, with some nutty notes that remind me a bit of Meursault. A great value. — 10 years ago
Smells like a cross between white peaches and Sancerre. So tasty. — 11 years ago

At its honeyed, floral, lemon zest, roasted plum and quince best after three days in the fridge and left to warm almost to room temperature. — 11 years ago

Pretty tasty stuff.. this is my 3rd Jurancon dessert wine in 3 days and they're growing on me. Very peachy with some funk on the nose. Palate is cool because it's not too sweet, but has a nice balancing acidity at the end. Peach, pineapple rind, and a bit of nuttiness. That's fun. — 9 years ago
