Pale straw with green edges and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits with floral herb notes. On the palate juicy apricot, peach and grapefruit with lemon zest, classic New Zealand SB. Vivid acidity and spice complement this well balanced wine to a medium finish. — 2 years ago
Nose of dark fruits like blackberries, vanilla, milky chocolate, a bit tobacco leaves, and some more cherry flavors. Taste follows the nose with good fruity notes plus a bit oaky feeling. Sweet, mouthful, low tannins, and a bit peppery. Aftertaste is also clean with some more grapes and bitter note. Consider the price, quite amazing. — 2 years ago
Coffee, vanilla, plums, raisins on the nose. Light to medium fruit with hints of coffee, caramel, toasted oak, and a hint of tannins. This has a nice balance of fruit, spice and tannins, but is a little light for my taste. This bottle is quite enjoyable, but Hartford has others that are better. — 3 years ago

Green apples, lemon and oak; pleasing, pale yellow color- a nice compliment to my lobster tails. — 5 years ago
Excellent on a stand alone basis or in mimosas!! Slight brioche, caramel, butter, and a hint of apricot. Just as good at bottle opening as it was a couple hours later! — 5 months ago

Really enjoyed this medium plus acid Pinot noir with mossy under tones and a bit of spice box kinda thing. It is young but enjoyable after about 30 mins. I should buy more. — 4 years ago
Tight upon first opening. Slight notes of tobacco, coffee, yet still light and acidic on the mouth. — 6 years ago
Happy Anniversary Sofia. I miss you honey and will forever! Cortona calling. Cheers! 🍾🥂
I had this a few years ago and thought this needed another 3-4…apparently wasn’t wrong. Not as stellar as the 07. Starting come into its own. Golden apple, green apple, lime pulp, tropical melon, just ripe pineapple, ripe pear, vanillin, caramel, cream, sea spray, alluvial limestone minerals, beautiful mid grain chalkiness, brioche, baguette crust, nice, soft yeastiness, jasmine, yellow lilies, really nice acidity, well structured, balanced, delicious finish that lasts two-minutes. 🌹 — 7 months ago
Delicious perfect for shrimp scampi — 3 years ago
Popped and poured. Light straw color, lots of bubbles and energy. Notes of light citrus, stones, minerals, green apples, cut pears and some quince. Young and vibrant in the mouth. Great texture and a great bottle. I love the 04 vintage… need to find some more as my stash has quickly dwindled. — 3 years ago
Bought this in 2014 from Lsat Bottle. Should have bought more, it was a steal at the time and it has gotten even better in the last 5 years. Not too acidic, good amount of yeast, and overall excellent sparkling wine. 69% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay — 5 years ago

‘05 in ‘23. Color and depth to the edge. Good color. Blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry, cherry and leather on the nose. Deep and layered on the palate. Dense. Game. All mixed fruits. Beautiful wine. — 4 months ago
