Een zeer welkome afwisseling voor combinatie met kazen. Slechts halfzoet (in tegenstelling tot de Pedro Ximénez) maar daardoor een zeer goede combi met vette en romige kazen! — 6 years ago
Nice sherry, amazing flavour for cooking with. — 4 years ago
From my vault of opinions, Sherries over-perform for credit due. This Amontillado is considered entry but it’s definitely not basic. It sits halfway between Fino and Ollorosso in structure and since its unfortified, it’s pleasantly light.

Please drink this pure and not over ice cream. — 5 years ago
Concentrated and intense with very good complexity, burnt caramel, brown sugar and cashew. The finish is long, smooth and luxurious. — 5 years ago
An intriguing nose full of exotic spice, ripe black fruit and a touch of something. On the palate with nice roundness and great balance with juicy, round tannins. Good length and nice complexity. A very, very nice wine. — 6 years ago
My first en Rama sherry. It was very unique. It had that unfiltered mouth feel to it, sweet, nutty, and it grew on me over the month I kept the bottle refrigerated. Excellent!

Very good quality with a solid expression of its provenance and a good length. Bruised apples, yeast, bread, iodine and a dry chalkiness puts this right where it belongs a good concentration on the palate which could last longer. As all serious sherries it is performing well above its price which takes you the question that everyone ask themselves, why don’t I drink more sherry? — 5 years ago
