Every year I look forward to our little allocation of these beauties from Jerez. The wine has such a giving nose of flor and white fruit that it seems almost like it would be sweet. In the mouth this is all chalky cut, certainly one of the driest wines on the planet that can still provide so much pleasure. It was fatally easy to drink with tuna stuffed peppers!

Honey and hay and seabreeze. Beautiful flor character. Lowish acid and showing some oxidative character, but still lively and bright.

Doftar trevligt med gul frukt, nötter och fat, men smaken var något av en besvikelse. Fet munkänsla, god sälta men ganska tuff med kännbar alkohol och tillbakadragen syra.

Very aromatic: honey, wax, biscuits, apples. Tastes of ocean water and rain. Medium fino pungent, somewhat rounded with age. Excellent balance. Delicious.
