Sour cherry and chambord, with a twiggy backbone. Very Austrian, very blaufrankishy! — 3 years ago
Just under a 9.0 because Zweigelt is not my favorite varietal. That said, this is the best of many Zweigelts in the CHF 20 price range that I have tried. Nice depth compared to many others. Kind of like, when in Austria, I would totally order this wine at a restaurant! — 3 years ago
Easy drinking and pairs easily with a variety of food. Has a little zip to it. — 4 years ago

Love this stuff. A great splurge! — 5 years ago
The hype makes sense. Energetic, sexual tension, great gradient of times, unreal purity of fruit. — 6 years ago
Smooth, cherry, a bit of earth. Nice finish and complexity for a drinkable wine — a year ago
Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Welschriesling blend. Tropical fruits, intense herbs, minerality and a lot of oak! Tastes almost like resin. Powerful. — 2 years ago
Raspberry jam and grapefruit! — 3 years ago
Funky and easy to drink. Berry & a little spice. — 5 years ago
St. Laurent is my new favorite red varietal. This one is super juicy and a pleasure to sip. Similar to Pinot, but a little rougher around the edges. Recommend! 11€ — 5 years ago
Tschida the 🐐back it again. Straight juice. — 5 years ago
Unique flavor profile: honey, elderflower, apricot, and wet stone. Weighty but still soft and delicate, lifted and aromatic. — 2 years ago
Opened yesterday, when it was breathtaking, notes from today. On the nose: candied ginger, molasses, cinnamon spice, honey. On the palate: lovely spice and acidity, good sweetness, but beautifully tempered by the lively acidity. Spicy ginger and molasses on the finish. Yum.

Overflowing with kalamata olive, olive oil, peppercorn, dried flowers, ripe cherry, granite, and everything you might hope to find in a perfect Cote-Rotie. Astounding work, a steal at $71. — 4 years ago
