One of last bottles I bought in 2004 in Italy at winery. Absolutely gorgeous nose. Cherry, floral, Coca Cola. Still has lots of fruit smooth tannins and great length. Drinking window by professional stated through 2015. Has at least 5 years in my mind. — 9 years ago

Cranberry and earthy notes on the nose. Leads with some light berry notes and some funk. White pepper and light minerality on the finish. Delicious — 5 years ago
Oh what a 2+ hour decant will do. This sings much clearer. High toned, but integrated tannins, crushed red fruits & that amazing volcanic thread, and, made by a woman vintner- thus better. I hope I can age a few of these. — 6 years ago
Simple and unsophisticated but juicy and delicious. Paired really well with Indian food. — 8 years ago

Exactly what I am looking for in a Brunello. Lovely balance of fruit and acidity. Typical Sangiovese characteristics coming through. Tertiary aromas of mushrooms and smoke starting to appear. At a perfect stage for drinking now. — 5 years ago
