Upon decanting for 30 minutes the nose is full of ripe cherry, tobacco & a bit of mint.
On the palate the nose is verified with good structure and soft tannin. it is medium bodied, delightful wine that is fully mature and has a long full finish. Drink it now. It is a lovely classic barolo. — 6 months ago

Richness comes through but without weight. This is a light to medium bodied wine best served cool. The great thing about this wine is it's finish that resolved with a delightful peppery note. I'd think this would work well with a meaty fish. — 7 years ago
