Would have pegged this for Chardonnay. Still delicious. — 6 years ago

Intense ripe red cherry from a warm vintage... enjoyable now. Mineral backbone, with decent grip and heft. A little air opens this up. SommSelect Spring 2018, solid QPR. — 7 years ago

Outstanding old vine Chablis that is "village" level but drinks like a premier cru. Decant for one hour. A SommSelect choice. $27. Wow. — 8 years ago
Beautiful citrus notes with just a hint of herbaceousness. Beautiful balance and acidity. Really true example of a good Sancerre! — 8 years ago
The aromatics on this are powerful and complex. Florals, dark berries and savory components. This is generous and rewarding in youth. A beautiful example of savory/briny character accented by rich red fruit. Structured and textured. This shows great complexity, but also inviting freshness. Absolutely great. 100% Roussanne.
Nose...If I ever had a white that I could tell you was "oily" this is that wine. Caramelized honey, pear, guava and wet clay.
Palate is hazelnut butter, macerated pear, over-ripe apricot. F...this is an amazing bottle, I don't happen across Roussanne like this everyday, or like ever! — 7 years ago
