Lovely! Yeasty! Pears, apples and classic texture. Declassified premier cru fruit!

Apple, pear, spices, toast, just a fantastic sparkling wine. Better than a lot of budget champagnes, and with much more gravitas than a cremant usually can offer.

I think i heard its one of the few sparklings made in Chablis. Toasty, yeasty, mineral, and apricot. Great balance!

Thanksgiving day two 11/25/17. Blind tasting vs KS and Nyetimber. Ranked as equal to KS on day one but better on day two.

Acker 8 what a buy with two cases! Must have a bit of age on it. Slight golden hue and steady stream small bubbles. Nose of white flowers and stones and balanced palate with yeasty notes and slight oxidative aged quality and long finish. Medium body. Yum. Would be great in a blind tasting of champagne.
