Drank this in Italy. It was pretty good for the price. — 8 years ago
Tasted at winery. Good minerality. More fruity than Mogador. 100% carinena. Tight/closed aromatics despite being fruity. First time with 100% carinena. — 8 years ago
Amazing wine, also had as part of Sangria on last night in Dubai - Sofitel Palm — 3 years ago
Juicy and light! — 4 years ago
It's a beautiful wine. Deep and intense. The tannins are strong so it needs a long decantation (2 hours). The nose is very fruity: a blackcurrant, a plum with some sweet liqueur. Then the palate with a chocolate and a leather. The composition is perfect. More fruit, more earthy notes and it would be perfect. — 5 years ago
Posthumously review, it was great — 7 years ago
Delicious medium to fully bodied rosat sparkler with earthy notes from Boutique Cava producer, this one is surely intense and more food wine than aperitif, hand turned and disgorged after 36 months on the lees, delectable info is misleading as this is 70% monastrell, 20% Pinot, and 10% garnaba. Don't compare Cava to champagne, it's Catalayun native varietals that bring their own skill sets to the table. — 8 years ago

Pale golden, hints of ruby grapefruit, ripe kiwi, Chardonnay lovers would enjoy this wine. Excellent, enjoyable leaving a long satisfying finish. Excellent when paired with Carnitas and Paella! — 7 years ago

Tainted gold color. Strong floral, borderline pungent nose; little bit of desert rain in there. The palate is bone dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, full bodied; carries lots of umami, white mushroom, unctuous, tannins, and a strong finish. Paired with salmon sashimi with olive oil and salicornia. Pairing was delightful, wine all on its own will develop your character. Cheers. — 8 months ago
