As we say never two without three #winelover - a pink note of great elegance to this #ChampagneDay to raise a glass to the #breastcancerawareness #WLBCAF campaign - Rose Zero by Tarlant a wine full of emotion to send good vibes to all in needs — 9 years ago
Elegant and penetrating. The austerity of the ultrabrut style is redeemed in the persistent pear-fruited finish. — 9 years ago

Wine 2 of 2 for Valentine's Day Revival Fried Chicken takeout! Some serious Chenin bubbles. Another wine with simultaneous richness and verve. Ripe, slightly bruised green apple and Anjou pear, smoky crushed chalk minerality, a honeyed, beeswaxy character, yeasty brioche dough, and some very slight anise-y spice and dried floral notes. Moderate weight with great oily texture and juicy, high acidity. Kinda like a good Savennieres with bubbles. Also awesome with Revival's fare. #Friedchickenandchenin — 7 years ago

This, on the other hand, has no VA issues, just an insane variety of aromas and flavors. Barnyardy funk, spices (cinnamon even?), along with what I swear comes off as garlic to me. I'd like a bit more body though, and it seems pretty tannic still. A few years in bottle will probably do this some good, but this is unique and fun to drink anytime. #ganevatwednesdays — 9 years ago
50% stainless 50% oak. Crisp and bright on the nose and a long buttered toast finish. — 9 years ago
Beautiful aromas of yeast, mangos, guava and a whole lot of sexy time — 9 years ago
Actually this is the Brut Nature, aged longer before disgorgement (26mo) and no dosage. One of my favorite pairings with (difficult) artichokes. — 11 years ago
Dry, light very refreshing, not much of an aftertaste. Very delicate and bubbly. complex initial flavor — 7 years ago
Côte-Rôtie Deep ruby with purple highlights. Clean, medium-plus nose with a riot of aromas including medicinal overtones of iodine and tar, black olive licorice, black pepper and exotic spices. Medium plus acidity, medium plus ripe tannins with all the aromas mirrored on the palate. Excellent multi-layered wine with a long finish. — 8 years ago
Youthful, vivacious, light on its feet, with an untamed side as with many Laval wines. Iron, rose and cherry nose; palate is bone dry with the echo of red berries, cherry, blood orange and rhubarb and smoky mineral finish. — 9 years ago
Brut nature. 2008. Needs at an hour to open up. Noticeably more complex on day 2. Very well made. A tad of dosage would have rounded it out nicely. — 9 years ago
Very nice with Tenderloin — 9 years ago

Ripe Red Delicious apple, unmissable and unmistakeable. Lemon curd, brioche/autolysis at a moderate level, more on the toasty side, a bit of oxidation. Tight mousse but I served it a bit cold. Very good juice, and well priced at that. — 6 years ago
