Was on a wine list. Nice starter cider wine. Little bubbly feeling — 9 years ago
A bit edgy and green upon opening but more wow with some air. Petrichor and savory herb aromatic, veil of red fruit wrapped around salt and stone in the teeth. — 10 years ago
A fine example of US Grenache. Gorgeous bright pure red fruit. — 10 years ago
Decanted an hour, or so. Lovely wine from the 'foggy hills', capped by a glass stopper. — 11 years ago
5 years under veil. Bottled direct from cask in April. Unfined, unfiltered. As close as you can get from trying Sherry from the cask. — 12 years ago
Loved this blend at our tasting in Paso Robles this summer. Finally enjoying a bottle with dinner on this foggy December night. — 9 years ago
I thought I would try something a bit different, a Pinot from Austria. What a surprise a very well done Pinot that could pass as a Burgundian Pinot. This I purchased for around $17.99. On the nose I get a nice funk I truly enjoy. Nice raspberry and plum notes with pepper, and forest floor on a foggy night. The palate shows succulent ripe fruit , cherry, strawberry, raspberry, with a smooth mouth feel and silky tannins. Medium acidity, medium body and medium finish. A very delicious Pinot Noir. — 10 years ago
