I've never had a Cork fly out with an explosion before - I thought it corked and vinegar for cooking! However 1975 proved me wrong. Smooth a rich on the tongue a pleasure for the palate — 9 years ago
I'm an IPA guy, but this is a great alternative. Full bodied, but not the overwhelming taste of a stout. Great crossover for an IPA drinker as it has just a bit of hoppy bite to satisfy just about anyone. — 10 years ago
Lovely chablis that unfortunatelly did not fly just yet. — 10 years ago
Fly me to the moon. Plenty of fruit and the high acid keeps it moving. Terrific. — 11 years ago

I love this wine because it's smooth and friendly albeit a bit thin but wonderful to drink by itself. And by yourself :p. — 9 years ago

Typical pet-nat. Delicious and bubbly with a yeasty finish. Not too funky. — 10 years ago
2014 was fine for the Valle Isarco. Not as much rain, humidity or trouble from the invasive fly. Great acidity. Super fresh and clean. No botrytis. — 11 years ago
