The Gaudensius Blanc de Noir is lovely and terroir driven. This has a sense of place and would be quite suitable for the majority of palates. Floral nose with mineral and freshness. The palate is filled with lemon ice, minerality, citrus and light brioche. Something unique and fun that can be appreciated and enjoyed by all. — 5 years ago
