One of our favorites. Paired well with a cheese plate of: truffled pecorino, whipped brie, salami and prosciutto. And my new favorite, foie grois! At Firehouse Grill, Woodside — 10 years ago
2008 Vignoble Guillaume Chardonnay at Chiltern Firehouse in London with fam. Sommelier's recommendation and it was delicious. Oaky and rounded butter finish that wasn't overwhelming. Not a tremendously long finish but had quite a bit of depth and character. Really enjoyed this big wine. — 11 years ago
