Delicous rich wine. — 10 years ago
Well with the extra dollars. This is one of my favorite cabs that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Smooth. Juicy. Amazing. — 10 years ago
Epic! Right in the sweet spot! absolute textbook G.C.C. that is perfect proof the 1855 is a joke! I sincerely hope it never gains the Unesco status some privileged Bordelais estates are hoping for, if this is considered 'fifth league'. Champagne & Burgundy bravo however! Truly deserving of their hard-fought Unesco world heritage status. — 11 years ago
Beautiful blend. Has staying power over a week and fills out in the glass as it warms. Looking forward to opening these over the next few years. — 11 years ago

Good Cote de Nuits Burgundy. A little alcohol on the nose. Starting to show well, but should carry on for a number of years, especially for a Village (old vines) wine. Very good with a leg of lamb and roasted potatoes. Served alongside the Les Roches, Chinon 2007, and was preferred by the men at the dinner. — 11 years ago
Simple and enjoyable. We do not need food for this. Refreshing rate is high with just the perfect amount of berries and LSD in my mouth. Pink wine with bubbles for this price is a novelty and just so barely acceptable even the bubbles and color do enough justice to just keep them coming...please more yes please thank you this balancing act is easy. — 11 years ago

This Fifth growth was drinking very well. Great structure but tannins soften more than I had expected. Typical aromas for this blend. : 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot and 1% Carmenere. Violets, cassis, vanilla/cedar. — 11 years ago
