One of absolute favorite wines right now. The Granache is blended beautifully with Syrah and Mourvèdre to bring out the absolute best of each - dark fruit but not too sweet, dried raspberry and slight spice... aroma is out of this world, eyes rolling-back in your head bouquet leads to complex and balanced on the tongue with smooth tannins without losing body, and a beautiful, supple finish. Yum. This southern France style blend should hold up another few of years. Thankfully we have another bottle to lay down!! — 7 years ago
Who knew the Swiss made such delightful whites? My colleague, Sandrine did! — 8 years ago
Great for dinner or just to have a glass on the couch with a movie. I would honestly take this basically any time I want a glass of red. Full bodied, on the dry side, and not too sweet/juicy. — 9 years ago

Memories of Martinborough, NZ. This was our favorite winery in NZ. Lance the winemaker recommended aging this bottle until 17-19, so we opened it now. Fantastic Pinot. — 8 years ago
Silky, smooth Right bank style blend of 53 Merlot, 29 Cabernet Franc 13 Cabernet Sauvignon, 4 Malbec and 1 Petite Verdot from the Stillwater creek Vineyard Blueberries, Vanilla, blackberry jam and fine tannins.p95 points Wine SpectatorbrThis has great presence, offering a dense cloud of blackberry, cherry and spice flavors that hover over a sleek frame of fine tannins, with just enough acidity to keep it fresh. The finish sails on beutifully. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petite Verdot. Winemaker Lance Baer founded Baer Winery in 2000 with a single passionato bring something unique to Woodinville. After years of working with some of the most prestigious wineries in the area, Lance wanted to take his winemaking skills in his own, creative, direction. Lance succeeded in handcrafting blends distinctly his own, and in April 2003 the wineryas signature blend, Ursa, was released. Ursa, a feminine expression of red wine, predominantly Merlot and Cabernet — 4 years ago
Named for Lance Ellmans’ daughter, Alexis, the fruit comes from Claire’s Vineyard, in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Ruby with aromas of berry fruit, citrus & floral spice. On the palate, raspberry and cherry, tangy, with cedar notes & earthy tones. Bright acidity, soft expressive tannins, lingering finish ending with hints of woody spice. — 7 years ago
Balanced and good grip. Clearly getting there. Might last another year or two but won’t improve beyond that. — 7 years ago
