Got as part of a tasting box. Great find. Would go nuts on these if I could get them for $14-18 — 5 years ago
Amazing flavor and so complex! Kiwi, funk, apples, citrus, earth, herbs. This is my second vintage of trying this wine and I have to say both were stunning. This is the cider for natural wine lovers. — 5 years ago
Aroma of wet sand, seaweed, cherries. Flavor is crisp with red apple and a perfumed, floral clean finish. — 6 years ago
I throughly enjoyed this cider fermented with their own pomace plus la garagista's wine, my personal favorite winery in Vermont at the moment . I think it's a great cider that is not too sweet & has enough acid and tannins to pair it with a nice pork dish meal. — 6 years ago
Another great cider from fable. Enjoyed with Tyger Tyger transcendent Sichuan food. — 4 years ago

A nice wine, full bodied with hints of honeysuckle. This was a gift from my brother to my sister, from Cuba however the wine is French. — 5 years ago
Crisp, tons of bubbles. Not very fruit forward but delicious — 6 years ago
Funky goodness. Nice effervescence with tart apples, funk, and acidity. Long finish. — 6 years ago
Smooth. Good body. On the sweeter side but perfect for sipping — 6 years ago
Super tart and tasty without the cloying sweetness of lesser cidres. Thanks for the rec @Sam Shepard — 4 years ago
Might be the best cider I’ve ever had. So light and perfectly acidic. — 5 years ago
Sour, funky, kombucha like but really tons of woodsy funk. I like it but not one I’d go back to very often. Probably be interesting in another 5 years. — 5 years ago
Deep purple floral and iron fragrances, nimble on the palate while still holding its own. Natural fermentation, wonder if any carbonic happens? Bright and delicious. — 5 years ago
This is a lovely funky, dry cider. Huge apple aroma that does not disappoint on the pallet. I would definitely say this is new world funk compared to Spanish and French cider, but it is damn good. — 6 years ago
La Fable with salmon terrine and beef Bourguignon. Nicely aged. Not oaky. Fruity but not too. Subtle chewy. Smooth finish. Sipper or with food. — 7 years ago
MOMO
From the first sip it’s a juicy musky taste. Cherry, plum body. Very good. A Zinfandel for a Cabernet or Malbec drinker — 4 years ago
