I'm partial to Spanish wines and this is no exception. It can stand alone as a solid Tempranillo or it an be (as I discovered last night) the rich topping on a very refreshing mixed drink. — 11 years ago
Deep ruby, blackberry, vanilla oak, dry ripe tannins, cocoa black fruits, clovey spice, deep and meaningful, all in balance with its 15% alcohol. — 12 years ago

2012- beautifully complex nose, layers of earth, minerality, meat and continues to develop in the glass. Young but approachable and enjoyable. Delicate fruit and floral notes accentuating and complimenting the VR terroir. Loving every drop. — 11 years ago
