Spätburgunder o (Pinot Negro) Alemán. Valle de Ahr afluente del Rhin. Viñedos en pendiente con suelos de pizarra en la parte oeste del valle, que es la más alta, donde reciben más insolación y, por consiguiente, resultando un vino más estructurado y complejo. Cata: tiene un color picota intenso. En nariz de media intensidad encontramos fruta roja, cereza y frambuesa. This is not any old Yarra Valley (VIC) Chardonnay. There were only 300 dozen bottles of this Equilibrio 2019 Chardonnay made and oh my, it’s a true pleasure to drink.

Drinking this Chardonnay feels like falling in love. It’s dreamy, romantic and you can’t get enough of it.

It’s a pastel yellow shade in the glass with a wonderfully enticing nose of juicy stone fruits, pineapple, grapefruit and creamy vanilla bean butter. On the palate it’s perfectly balanced with the most deliciously silky texture. Great length of flavour and an absolute joy to drink.
