Absolutely marvellous wine
Everything in place.
Mouthfilling with freshness, mineral and lenght.
When a wine gets closer to perfection it is harder to describe it.
My Australian friends will excuse me, but the French still set the standards.
Perhaps if i was drinking more French wines lately i would not get this excited, but this Fourchame reflects very much the vineyard style.

Nice Ruby color with an array of fruit, floral and spice aromas. On the palate cherry, currant and raspberry flavors with some fresh cinnamon and smoky oak notes. Almost some sweet yeast thing on the nose. Not actually sweet.

Palate has great fruit. Very ripe for champagne. Not overripe but rich. Excellent deliciousness
