A really nice rosé. Beautiful light salmon color. A lot like a Riesling on the nose: mineral and tropical blossoms, with just hints of strawberry, peach and cream. Pretty strong acid, but still smooth on the tongue, and a rich explosion of aromas that linger long and far eclipse the intensity of the nose. Remarkable! Made a great pairing with Indian food: the acid cut through, and the aromas on the palate fully held their own. My favorite rosé yet! — 9 years ago

Wonderful GSM blend that speaks of the land of which it came from. Maybe one of the darkest wines I have seen in the glass. Perfume of a nose, violets, lavender and sandalwood. Soft mouthfeel despite the eclipse in the glass. Lush black fruits, hint of licorice and black cherry. Balanced tannins and acidity.
