Had a nice crispness you’d expect from SavBlanc and a more interesting barnyard flavor, paired with vanilla and a hint of straw. Enjoyable and a good wine to start the evening with. — 5 years ago
From TJs DC. Surprisingly good Pinot Noir. — 6 years ago
A rich Morgon with hints of some darker brooding fruits as well. Matched well the duck with red fruit sauce. #wheninparis — 8 years ago

Strong minerality, mild fruitiness — 5 years ago
This was quite flavorful and interesting. It had some jam, blackberry, hints of leather and smoke. It had a nice mouthfeel and a medium finish. All in all this was the standout of the night, but still young. — 6 years ago

Very good Pinot — 8 years ago
Deep purple without a hint of any other suggesting improper storage. Classic if a bit understated Napa nose. Soft yet appropriately firm tannins. Ripe black fruits. Luscious wine. Suggest drinking sooner rather than later owing to fruit ripeness. — 5 years ago
First time having this one, its a very nice bottle.
Stats, $225.00 release, $75.00 on K&L sale makes it even better!
And finally, there’s The Vow, which in this observer’s opinion is the marquee offering of the ’14 Gravel Series. Sourced from a narrow strip of rocky soil that runs through the South East corner of Round Pond’s Rutherford vineyard, T — 6 years ago
STWC. Sweet Black fruit and cassis aroma. Strong Ribena and blackcurrant ice cream on tip of tongue very bold tannins. Not subtle but I love this. Wonder if it ages? — 6 years ago
I'm a sucker for this duck — 8 years ago

Diving into the pond with the 🐸 tonight!
2 hour decant(cloudy sediment). An imposing dark crimson red color. On the nose: savory notes of smoked meat, little of the Cayuse funk(luv it), spice, campfire, floral, dark berries, black olives. Taste: smooth, creamy, rich, juicy, structured medium plus body wine with mouth coating cherry-raspberry, iron, tea, rich soil, pepper, smoke, and a minerally bacon grease long finish. YUM..what a start to the weekend! — 4 years ago
