Too floral for me — 4 years ago
Honeysuckle nose. Peach and pear nectar, stone fruit, minerals, and ruby red grapefruit on the palate. A fine acid finish. — 5 years ago
Pale Lemon in colour. Aromas of musk, Lychees and rose petals. On the palate rich with glacé fruits - but more spicy than sweet. A full bodied white for sure. A really great match with Chinese Pork and also Chicken Dumplings. I usually try and find an excuse to have a red wine with every dish - even fish (Pinot Noir) but sometimes a white is demanded as on this occasion. The word Nectar comes to mind. — 5 years ago
Fantastic wine ! Lemon and candied citrus fruits balsamic notes, slight petrol , hint of honey when rotating the glass , very fresh dry and mineral. Neverending persistence, great acidity and minerals in mouth and petrol finish. — 6 years ago

Med yellow. Beautiful fruity nose with intense peach honey flowers. Long finish. This wine is fantastic and it’s just a baby. — 3 years ago
Super dry Riesling. Similar to a sav blanc. Love — 3 years ago

Mature complex delicious layers with Oolong Tea and Lychee notes - chilled it to bring the acidity up...great with Lobsters and stands up to Thai chilis too! — 6 years ago
Fantastic - if you’re going to grow Gewurtztraminer, this should be the result. Amazing floral nose, deep colour, basically every yellow fruit imaginable at the attack and then a beautifully complex balanced finish that lasts forever. The crowd was very pleased — 6 years ago
Deep green gold with bright silver highlights. Shy but inviting nose of yellow apple, echoed on the full-bodied palate with added dry clover honey and a anise-tinged cement. Medium acidity. Moderate length finish. Classic, full-bodied Alsatian. Dry but still flavorful. A complement to pretty much any white wine fare, but pork tenderloin just sings! Drink now through 2029. — 3 years ago
14,8% di Alcol
22 g/l zucchero residuo
6 g/l acidità totale
Pinot Grigio solidissimo
— 4 years ago
Excellent Riesling. I was told the mountains on both sides keep the clouds away and lead to almost uninterrupted sunlight shining down on the grapes. — 6 years ago
