Great white wine made of Melon de Bourgogne. Bought last year at the winery. They produce some great small cuvees which can be found on many wine lists in fine dining restaurants and I completely get that.

On night one, pretty much closed with some nice minerality and lemon. after .3 days in the fridge all these wonderful melon and other fruits come out to balance the acidity and it becomes a masterwork of Muscadet.. buy a case and age 8-10 years folks.. gorgeous — 8 years ago

Vintage 2007 | My goodness. Chaume is such a privileged location. And happily... one that a lot of people do not know yet. Claude Papin is a top winegrower. Mahony colour. Deep mahony. Muscadet reminds me of the sea. Especially the nose. This one is lean- wine strained through crushed sea shells- little briney. Bone dry. One of the best muscadets I’ve had. — 5 years ago
