Opens up with forest floor and wet leaves scents. Deep and balanced flavors continue to the end. Very good — 7 years ago
-Earthy on nose, sous bois with syrup and red fruit
-Brighter more acid on palette. Brighter red fruit — a year ago
Mellow, smooth and full of depth. After decanting it displayed notes of cassis, bramble, chocolate and fig. Baking spices came later, in the shape of nutmeg and cinnamon. Definitely a nice little number. Would happily drink again, but maybe with some food this time. — 6 years ago
Still a bit of fruit and acid, but still a good amount of tannin. Hold for a few more years. — 7 years ago

Minerality for days! Long finish with a mushroom character to boot. I need oysters — 7 years ago
Forest floor and underbrush, in a medium bodied with some dark red fruit notes. Drinks great considering vintage and cost. — 8 years ago

In the pocket right now. Dark fruit, game, and a savory edge of violets, black olive, and coffee grounds. Lovely wine. Enthralling from nose to finish. My last bottle unfortunately. — 9 months ago
