Smooth, beautiful wine, in a very apt setting... — 6 years ago
Beautiful nose of lemon, beeswax, and white flowers. Lovely crisp acidity, minerality and bright citrus on the Palate. Long finish with great balance and hints of lemon and pear. The wine has deceptive power — 7 years ago
Earth and raspberry nose, with a hint of meat. Nicely balanced and medium bodied, and delightful. Smooth finish, and fine tannins. You know it's going to be a good evening when a Crozes comes up from the cellar, and this fits the bill! — 4 years ago

Green tinged medium lemon Yellow. Appealing nose of chalky peach, tangerine and lemon. Medium acitity developing some bitterness on the finish that limits the food pairings. Good with sushi, smoked salmon, grilled chicken - anything with a slightly saline note. — 7 years ago

Tasted blind...initially very tannic but settled down after a few minutes (or my palate was subdued into compliance). Elegant notes of dark, tart red fruit and earthy spices. Black pepper and smoke complimented the finish, which was tart but appropriate and enjoyable. I was surprised on the age but in hindsight this was a good thing, as the tannin has mellowed enough to allow for the fruit to really come through. Overall a very well done wine.
