Crushed flowers on the nose gives way to a pleasant acidic mouthfeel of forest floor, minerals, and kitchen spices. Perhaps some sour cherry if pressed. Minimal oak, moderate tannin. Stood up well to lasagna roll-ups. Be patient and provide a half hour to open for the best experience. — 9 years ago
