When Lafon is on they’re as good as any name in white Burgundy. 2012 Genevrieres is superb after sufficient air, seamlessly balanced between richness and elegance and perfectly developed wafting waves of defined fruit, pastry cream, butterscotch and toasted almonds within its layered minerality. It wraps around the palate with killer concentration and density and a massively long, silky finish. Top tier Chardonnay. — 5 months ago
Pristine! 2013 Porusot is in a perfect place, a significant step in complexity and weight from the Lieu-dits, showing stunning concentration and fruit density and layered aromatics with racy citrusy acids, stony minerality and superb length and texture on the palate. Top notch white burg. — 8 months ago
Last bottle of this once amazing Meursault found in a wine box where it shouldn’t have been. Would have been better 10 years ago, but still showing some of its more youthful complexity, good, no longer great. — 6 years ago
Nose and palate of yellow flowers and citrus. Notably fresh, compared to recent tired bottle. — 10 years ago
Very typical way of producing. Top wine with classic elements but bever dull. Dense. Hints of tropical fruit and lemon zest. With a long….. finish. Delicate not buttery. I would not recognitie it in a blind tasting as a Meursault. Must try for Evert Burgundy lover. — 4 months ago
17 Very Meursault, not outstanding. Vintage? — 7 months ago
Drinking the 2022 in 2025. Thin legs. Very light color. Nose has hints of citrus and matchsticks. Light and smooth with very few tannins and little aftertaste. Notes of citrus and oaks. — 9 months ago
Lovely - a little less fat and rounded, which was a nice change — at Brat — 4 years ago
2007. Great. Reductive class. Cellartracker suggests this is at the limit of its drinking window. I would beg to differ. Just starting to get interesting, in my view. — 9 years ago
2022 vintage. Sampled from a 375ml bottle. Drinking as well as could be expected from a half bottle for village Meursault. Forward. Fruity. Decent + balance of fruit and oak. Good pricing and may pick up two cases of 375’s depending on how quickly the other two Meursault 375ml offerings go. They’ve been moving. 08.07.25. — 5 months ago

Golden delicious, rich limestone, white peach, could go on. Complex and showing! — 9 years ago
Dark golden color. Lemon curd, honey, pear, touch of tangerine citrus, love the freshness and acidity on the mouth that had the wine showing much younger than its 22 yrs. — 10 years ago

2005 drunk in 2025. Delicious even though the cork crumbled. Gorgeous color, full body, a bit grassy and green apple. — 4 months ago
