Well hey it's Roulot so I'm not mad at it but this was not a prime example of this Meursault. It is more likely slightly compromised than over the hill because I've had older vintages with more verve. Flint, almond, custard but all at just 65%.

Jan 21st, 2016Very fresh and vibrant for a '00. Nice acidity, flavor profile of melon, orange zest and chestnut. Not crazy good but a nice step up.
