Nice wine. Labeled at 15% but doesn’t feel that way at all. Last bottle from a set we bought on our honeymoon 10 years ago. Our tastes have certainly changed away from the southern Rhone since then - but can’t argue with the quality and enjoyment here. — 6 months ago

Saturated ruby. There are powerful spice-tinged black and blue fruits, incense and candied violet aromas on the nose. Sweet and chewy on the palate, juicy blackberry, boysenberry, smoky bacon and black pepper flavors slowly deepen through the back half.
