Picked up at the winery in Gigondas back in May, this is excellent. Great aromas of blue and black fruits, some lavendar, and a hint of earth, this has a beautiful mouthfeel with a subtle acidity and sweet tannins that keep it alive on the palate. Great, lingering finish. This winery was far and away the biggest surprise we had on our trip to CdP (in a good way!). Just reconfirms that Gigondas has some of the best QPR wines around (especially if you’re like me and love grenache!). — 5 years ago
An elegant and great gastronomic rosé to pair summer tables #winelover, blend of Grenache Mourvèdre Cinsault - now need to prep the fish and put the grill on 👏 — 9 years ago
Delightful, silky smooth, medium complexity — 7 years ago
Tonight opening one of my favorite and best Gigondas wine - a beautiful expression on freshness, finesse and elegance of old Grenache on sandy soil - a very limited production at around 3000 bottles #winelover 😘🙏🏻 what a treat ! — 9 years ago
Delicious, great bang for your buck. Easy drinking, can pair with food or enjoy solo. — 7 years ago
Super easy drinking. Post-champagne on the last day in Paris. Listening to some Japanese jazz and feeling very perfectly cliché. — 7 years ago

Saturated ruby. There are powerful spice-tinged black and blue fruits, incense and candied violet aromas on the nose. Sweet and chewy on the palate, juicy blackberry, boysenberry, smoky bacon and black pepper flavors slowly deepen through the back half. Well-concentrated and broad in style, finishing with dusty tannins, an echo of juicy dark fruit and strong tenacity. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, January 2023) — a year ago
