Blend of Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir. Bright red fruit (berries, cherries) and smoke on the nose. Fresh, juicy, mineral — 2 months ago
Orange wine. Lovely and light and funky and freaky in all the right ways. Super drinkable. From the juras, zev rovine — 3 years ago

First experience with this grape - was maybe a little oxidized but grew into itself — 8 months ago
On the paper, sounds like a dream: jura + savagnin + maceration.
Really not disappointed but I would have never guess that direction if tasting blind.
More friendly than your usual savagnin. Slightly fizzy. Good structure. Lack a bit of minerality and freshness. Not totally dry. Almost remind me more of some riesling on the skin!
Clearly for maceration educated, not sure I’d start here otherwise... — 3 years ago
Exceptional Vin Jaune 💛
Savagnin aged in oak under a veil of flor for 6 years and 3 months as required, plus a few extra years in bottle. Elegant, complex nose with aromas of hazelnuts, spices, sourdough and a hint of caramel. Dry, mineral, balanced. Green apple, loads of hazelnuts and a very long finish. Should have bought more. — a year ago
Tar, cherry, tobacco, mushroom, forest floor, funk. Almost like a Barolo on the nose. But not on the palate! Hallmark Pinot. Bright acidity, light body and lovely silky texture. — 4 years ago
