Nicely dense and consistent Beaujolais. Deep red color and pretty tannic for a Gamay based wine. Aromas of black fruit with a cotton candy/bubble gum (not sweet) note. Black fruit flavors with a hint of mineral and black olive. You can chill it and drink it young or put it aside to age. — 4 years ago
Taught and restrained, especially considering Beaune in 2015. Solid texture with red fruit, pleasant acidity, and a soft mineral edge. — 5 years ago
Austin really liked it. Well balanced. — 5 years ago
Delicious oaky Chardonnay from Burgundy. Full bodied with butter to start and a subtle fruity acidic finish. Reasonable price as well!! 😊 — 6 years ago
Medium plus acidity that lasted for the whole bottle and did not open up as I would have hoped. a lot of ripe and tart red fruits, along with some herbaceous notes. I think this may need to sit for a few more years to enjoy its best qualities. — 7 years ago
A soft perfume of honeysuckle, citronella and hazelnut with touches of lemon pledge, lime zest and baked apple - juicy flesh flavors of yellow plum and quince were followed by lip smacking citric acidity, candied ginger, slight minerality and a whisper of toasty oak spice — 9 months ago

Reminds me why I fell in love with Burgundy. Acid, fruit, kiss of oak....makes Colin a happy boy! — 8 years ago
Juanita drank this at Fiola at Dc. Great with fish — a year ago
Sharp, concentrated, taut. Reduced slightly in the beginning but unfurls slowly with notes of Meyer lemon, chalk, unripe pineapple, acacia, orange blossom and a hint of smoke. Fantastic effort, promises slightly more rounded notes as the oak integrates with time. — 2 years ago
Les Folatieres is absolutely a magical vineyard. Energy of the site completely overtaking any wine in the glass. So great hard to put into words the amount of energy and ethereal structure is trapped in here. Thankful to have a few bottles 🙏🏼 — 6 years ago
Steely, tropical, wonderful acid. — 7 years ago
Ripe but still fresh and delicious for its level. — 8 years ago

A beautiful bright nose. Loads of floral notes with plum and black cherry. A sweetness and precision. Excellent — 8 months ago
