Lovely. Yeast, lemon, apple, and a bit of minerality. — 6 months ago
2022. More complex aromas and flavors than most pet-nat that I’ve had. Pulled out of the beer fridge because I wanted an Averna Spritz before dinner. ~200 mL of Sparkling Wine for two spritzes means there was enough left to enjoy on its own. — 10 months ago
Covid Bottle 3. A little spicy. 2017 — 5 years ago

Best pinot I’ve had. Light but very flavorful — 2 years ago
