deep dark color with deep blackberry and on palate. should mature nicely over the next 10-20 years — 5 months ago
Nearly opaque crimson color.
Rich bouquet with tannins present.
Immediately spiced on the palate with an earthy, cocoa, herbaceous, candied, fertilized quality.
Lots of gentle chocolate rounded out by dark, fresh fruit. — 6 months ago
Garnet with orange edge. Powerful concentrated aroma. 1.5 hours, getting stabilized. But deep. Complexity. Forest floor. Spices. Aged. Dry. Good experience to feel same vintage between 10 years and 4 years. Hudellot - Noellat Chambolle Musigny 14 @590/G(3900 for 2018), Fred, 241102 — 8 months ago
Nice vac as a warm up for roast haunch of venison - oak influence not overdone and decent fruit with a bit of bottle age — 4 years ago

Was going to get the 2016 given I generally love that vintage across much of Europe but the somm talked me into the 2015 saying it was more open. He was right - this was delicious, and still traditional and “old school” with a restrained 13.5%. Tons of pepper and dark dark fruit with some olive. Very delicious with nice medium acid and a long finish. — 3 years ago
