Maison de la Rougerie Crémant de Bordeaux Brut Non Vintage, France
Golden in color.
Strong nose of citrus, apples, yeast, brioche, spices, minerals and sea salt.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and medium plus sized bubbles.
Dry on the palate with yellow apples, citrus, lemons, pears, spices, herbs, light earth and sea salt.
Tangy finish with limes and sweet grapefruits.
This is a very tasty sparkling wine from Bordeaux. Fruit forward and nicely balanced.
Showing mild complexity and a festive mouthfeel. Good for parties.
Neither tart nor bitter. A nice sipping wine that will pair nicely with food too.
Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle. Good by itself, and better when properly chilled. A good pool.
12% alcohol by volume.
