Light amber with a bouquet of stone fruits with citrus notes and yeasty tones. Plenty of bubbles dancing in the flute. Crisp and fresh, mineral, white flesh fruit, citrus well balanced with acidity. Lingering finish with zesty ending. Nice Grand Cru. Tasting Sample. — 5 years ago
How I like my sins! #Textbook This wine evokes Billy Idol, Dancing with Myself ;) — 7 years ago
Heaven in a glass. Light dancing flavors, integration of caramel. So much flavor for a dry Madeira. 30 years in oak. — 8 years ago
Fine line ghost peach color. Short toasted nose with a beautiful fresh strawberry palate dancing into a memory ( like biting into a red delicious Washington Apple, over plump and perfect, on a country side road) : A Structured, elegant rose, with razor wire nerve: Wish I'd had another bottle — 8 years ago
Biscuity, creamy, juicy acidity. medium-full but dancing with elegance. lovely — 9 years ago
Dense, with much of everything. Acidity, fruit and a bit of tannins begging for a handful of years in the cellar. Dancing on the edge of mousiness though, hope it sorts out over a year or two. — 4 years ago
Berry taste but not tart. Very light acidity with an exceptional finish. Delicious wine! — 5 years ago
Color of grayish purple, quite clear with a bit orange note. Nose is balanced fragrance with dried strawberry, spice, tobacco leaves, cured meat, and more sweet berries. Taste is light, and follows the nose, right amount of acidity and tannins, zest, just a bit sweetness shows her subtlety, more cured meaty note dancing with the berry note. Aftertaste shows backbone of tannins, medium long with savory spice, acidity and sweetness. Pretty good. — 6 years ago
Greg Hobbs featured opening wine for us at The Artisans of Barossa. This is his Tango for the two grapes in the blend...Shiraz and Viognier. The two make for an excellent wine that just kept dancing better and better as they opened up. Greg was a Police Officer for 10 years before buying property in Barossa. Quite a transition! Greg's property right next to Chris Ringland's. — 8 years ago
Gorgeous, deep golden color with small soft bubbles. Bright and airy on the nose with just the softest hints of brioche, lemon and peach. Crisp, bright and creamy on the palate with a great mousse texture. Surprisingly fresh flavors of peach, tangerine and lemon lead to just a touch of brioche and a big burst of crisp acidity. The finish is long and creamy with lingering bubbles dancing on the tongue. — 9 years ago
WOTN - I was impressed - besides always being a crowd pleaser this wine always acts like the postman and always delivers
1 hour decant - was not planning to open but we drank the other bottles like thirsty sailors after 90 days on the boat - color has not changed - the smell has gotten even better - the finish was spot on and the taste was impeccable- remarkable- memorable- a true stunner - blue fruits dancing with black and reds fruits - tobacco cassis sweetness from caramel- tamed but striking how this baby keeps growing - drink now if you want but I will not try again for 5 years or more - this Napa cult classic will last 10 years plus and seems to find a way to get better - bravo — 5 years ago
Legs, 9/10. Smells spicy, heavy cherry on the nose. So smooth!!! Tannic, but not overbearing. Cherries, oak on taste. Love this one. — 6 years ago

2016 vintage. Light/delicate body but plenty of color that brings a requisite amount of punch. Nose a little hot. Big-time Baskin Robbins mint chocolate chip ice cream flavor dancing throughout the palate. Elegant, lengthy finish with the dancer adding a partnering hint of dill. — 4 years ago
