Shiraz and Viognier co-fermented and dancing together tango style per the proprietor. Rhône style. Still quite primary but excellent stuffing. Open the day before for optimum drinking.

Greg Hobbs featured opening wine for us at The Artisans of Barossa. This is his Tango for the two grapes in the blend...Shiraz and Viognier. The two make for an excellent wine that just kept dancing better and better as they opened up. Greg was a Police Officer for 10 years before buying property in Barossa. Quite a transition! Greg's property right next to Chris Ringland's.

A great blend - red thunder from down under! Notes of dark cherry and leather.
