A good champagne. Drank kind of… young? Balanced but not graceful, hefty but a little too eager. All of the flavor was BOOM, right up front, and it was more green apple rind than anything. Good - maybe not my thing. — 3 years ago

Really just everything I want a champagne to be. — 4 months ago
Beautiful cuvée with age. Bottle bought 10 years ago and likely disgorged around 2010 or so.
Black cherries, liqueur tangerines, dried stone fruits, blackberries, mix of black raspberries/raspberries, rainier cherries, delicate but razor sharp chalkiness, limestone, sea spray, sea fossils, bread dough, baguette crust, soft wine spice, rainbow, floral bouquet, shape acidity, good tension, excellent structure & balance. The finish is elegant with power that lasts minutes. Excellent with Duck Confit, goat cheese with herbs.

Richer style. Like a hug. Very brioche nose. Body and faint sweetness make this suitable for heavier foods or dessert. An aperitif not so much. — 4 years ago
While my favorite BdN remains Bout du Clos, this was one of the first “ah ha” Selosse wines for me some years ago in understanding the style. The south facing La Cote Faron is particularly “Selossien” and therefore particularly singular, with its oxidative complexity, textural richness and generous sun kissed ripe fruit expression. Like all Selosse wines, it’s multi-layered and super aromatic for Champagne, and the palate shows tremendous volume and intensity with a powerful, full bodied, satiny texture and a long, vibrant, mineral finish 😋 — 5 months ago

Orange in color, very pretty and unique.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and medium sized bubbles.
Dry on the palate with a nice mouthfeel.
Showing green apples, light grapefruits, yeast, light raspberries, citrus, limes, light earth, minerals and herbs.
This 16 year old is showing nice complexity at this point, and will continue to age nicely the next 10 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime.
Dom Perignon is not my favorite Champagne, but this one is really delicious. I got to call it when I see it.
Wine Spectator 97 points. Robert Parker 97 points.
Elegant and robust. I just love this vintage for Dom Perignon.
A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
93 points.
