Strong, fruity, mild tannin, and nice sweetness like crystal of decent sugar. Took more than 1 day till it opens up. — 7 years ago

Bright acidity, leather, black plum, and some tobacco. — 8 years ago
Picked up this bad boy for 16CHF at a train stop in Visp, not my favorite of this royal variety, but it had nice black fruits along with leather and a hint of a repaved asphalt road on a hot summer day, definitely could have used some time in crystal - our hosts had none. #qprking — 9 years ago
Bulldozer made of lead crystal. Awesome. — 10 years ago
Rich and herbaceous Bordeaux blend from northern Italy. Nose is all about forrest, resin, leather and wild cherry. Taste is mineral, fruit is rustic and fuzzy behind herbs & licorice with salt - have you ever tested Scandinavian sweeties? It is young and a bit harsh now, but few years in the cellar will mellow it down, then it will show its power. 90pts in advance for this entry level bottle, very interesting young wine with wild claws. Medium body with brilliant crystal clear ruby red color. — 10 years ago
We are testing this between two glasses! I prefer the Jamesse by far (although the shape is there on this glass....I am not convinced it is truly Crystal).
As for this Bubbly..I have waited months for its arrivaI and I am so thrilled!! This is a glass of total refinement..tangerine..cotton candy..minerals...red berries..Brioche...just super delicious!! I was able to acquire two bottles of this...will let the next one age several years!!
I am accompanying this with Vivaldi...(my Son's nickname while he was in QC Youth Symphony) — 6 years ago
A Central Coast rose not to be missed, and available in Magnum!
49% Grenache, 39% Carignane, 11% Syrah and 7% Mourvedre. Im giving the addition of Carignane from 90 year old vines (Wirz vineyard - Cienega Valley), two thumbs up!
Fruity notes of watermelon and strawberry, fuzzy peach skins in both taste and mouthfeel. Acidity is nicely balanced, keeping everything crystal.
A real suncatcher of a rose.
Fantastic on its own, and could envision it being enjoyed as sangria or sorbet too.
Let the good times roll!

Balanced and restrained cherry, kirsch notes with soft tannins and low acid. Crystal clear purity of fruit with a touch of spice. — 9 years ago
Anytime I need to see your face I just close my eyes and I am taken to a place where your crystal minds and magenta feelings take up shelter in the base of my spine sweet like a chica cherry cola 🍫🍒🍫 — 10 years ago
It's young, no doubt about that. Might wait 5 years to open the next one... A lovely pure, greenish hue, fine, crystal clear; toast all the way - still closed but alluring; rounded and balanced, with good acidity. The fruit and sugar are present but well hidden. This will go on and on - a Bruce Forsyth like virility will keep this up for decades... — 10 years ago

My first meeting with the Maestro del Veneto. Crystal clear expressive field blend of aromatic orchard fruits and white flowers. No bulges whatsoever.
Sublime weighty texture. Bitter almond, yellow apple, and sweet grapefruit. Beauty in balance. — 6 years ago
