The pale yellow '08 Domaine Dujac Morey Saint-Denis 1er Cru Monts Luisants has elevated aromas of honeyed orange zest, flowers and white peaches. Nice ripe fruit component, beetroot and a hint of dried tomatos on the very interesting and constantly changing nose. Still a very young wine with present tannins. Needs some air to really show what he got. Give it a decant of 1-2 hours. Better in 10-15 years. — 10 years ago
